Cut tofu into large pieces and prep onion, green onion, and cheongyang peppers.
Saute green onion, onion, red pepper powder 2T, gochujang 1T, minced garlic 1T in cooking oil 1T and perilla oil 1T.
Add water 500ml, tofu, dark soy sauce 1T, tuna fish sauce 1T and simmer.
When water reduces by half, add flower salt 1-2T to season.
