Remove the tentacles and innards of the squid, wash it, then scrub with 3T flour and 1T sea salt, and rinse.
Slice the squid while maintaining its round shape.
Pat dry with a paper towel, add 1T anchovy fish sauce and 1T plum extract, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the green onions into large pieces, julienne the onion, and cut the cheongyang chili peppers diagonally.
In a pan, combine 1T cooking oil, 6T red pepper flakes, 2T dark soy sauce, 4T corn syrup, 1T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 1T ginger powder, 1T salt, and 2T mirin, and bring to a boil.
In a pan, add 3T cooking oil and stir-fry about half the vegetables.
Add the pre-boiled sauce and squid and stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add 1T sesame oil, lightly stir-fry, and finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.
