Thaw the pollock in salted water, then rinse the innards and black membrane clean under running water.
Cut the radish into thin rectangular pieces, and cut the green onion and tofu into large pieces.
Heat 1T perilla oil in a pot, add the radish, and lightly stir-fry on low heat.
Once the radish is sautéed, add 1L of water and bring to a boil.
When the water boils, add the pollock along with 4T red pepper powder, 2T tuna sauce, 1T minced garlic, 1T mirim, and 1T soup soy sauce, and cook.
When the pollock is cooked through, add the tofu, green onion, and a pinch of fine salt and boil for another 2–3 minutes.
