Shred the radish, soak and mince the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the garlic chives into 2cm lengths.
Coat the pan with perilla oil and sauté the radish, then add the shiitake mushrooms and sauté together.
Add cold cooked rice and sauté once more.
Pour in broth until it covers above the ingredients.
Once it starts to boil, add the tuna fish sauce.
Once the radish has fully softened, turn off the heat and stir in garlic chives, sesame salt, and perilla oil to finish.
