Prepare and peel the potatoes
Heat cooking oil 2T in a pot and stir-fry the potatoes until the exterior turns translucent
Add water 200ml and sugar 1T, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
While potatoes simmer, mix gochujang 1T, red pepper flakes 1T, dark soy sauce 2T, corn syrup 1T, mirin 2T, minced garlic 0.5T, and black pepper 0.5T to make the sauce
Add the sauce, cover with a lid, and braise
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil 1T and sesame seeds
