Cut off the base of the cabbage and separate it leaf by leaf
Soak cabbage in water with 2T vinegar for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water
Remove the thick stems and cut into bite-sized pieces
Stack in a steamer with thick leaves on the bottom and thin leaves on top
Once the steamer is boiling, reduce to medium heat, steam for 7 minutes, then let steam for 1 more minute with lid on
Place steamed cabbage on a sieve to release heat and moisture
Mix 3T doenjang, 3T oligosaccharide syrup, 2 cheongyang chilies, and 0.5T minced garlic to make the doenjang sauce, and it is done
