Cut the garlic scapes into bite-sized pieces.

Quickly rinse the blanched garlic scapes in cold water 2–3 times to remove residual heat.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add all the sauce ingredients, bringing to a boil.
Add the blanched garlic scapes and stir-fry once.
