Prepare the vegetables and cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water for 10 seconds, then rinse in cold water.
Make the seasoning sauce (red pepper flakes, dark soy sauce, anchovy fish sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, sesame oil, black pepper).
Heat cooking oil in a pan, lay onion on the bottom, place fish cake on top, pour 2/3 of the seasoning sauce and add 300ml water. Bring to a boil.
Once half the liquid has reduced, taste and adjust, then add green onion, cheongyang chili peppers, and red chili pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 more minute.
