Shake off the kimchi filling, cut into bite-sized pieces, and cut the onion into large chunks
In a bowl, combine shredded green onions, sesame sauce (20g), red pepper powder (1T), and minced garlic (0.5T), and toss
Add the thinly sliced pork belly (300g) to a pan with sugar (1T) and stir-fry
When the pork belly is cooked, add the kimchi and stir-fry until it becomes translucent
Add water (180ml), dark soy sauce (2T), mirin (2T), red pepper powder (2T), minced garlic (1T), and the onion, and simmer while stir-frying
When sufficiently reduced, add half of the marinated shredded green onions and stir-fry lightly, then place the remaining green onions on top and serve
