Slice the fish cake, cheongyang chili, and bell pepper, removing the seeds.
Add cooking oil to a pan and lightly stir-fry the garlic and onion over medium heat.
Add the fish cake and stir-fry, then move it to one side and add water, soy sauce, tuna extract, oligosaccharide syrup, mirin, and black pepper, stirring everything together.
When nearly done, add cheongyang chili, bell pepper, and sesame oil, toss quickly over high heat for 10-20 seconds, turn off the heat, and sprinkle sesame salt on top.
