Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and score in an X pattern.
In a bowl, combine 6T dark soy sauce, 1T anchovy fish sauce, 2T sugar, 2T mirin, 2T corn syrup, 1T sesame oil, 1T minced garlic, 1T black pepper, and 1 can of pear puree to make the marinade.
Add the pork to the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat a pan, reduce to low heat, and grill the meat.
