In a bowl, combine green onion, red pepper flakes 5T, brewed soy sauce 4T, anchovy fish sauce 2T, minced garlic 1T, mirin 1T, plum extract 2T, oligosaccharide syrup 3T, Yeondu green 1T, and sesame seeds 1T to make the seasoning
Add the dried radish to the seasoning and toss to coat
