Trim and wash the green onions, then drain in a colander.
Chop half a pear and half a sweet potato into small pieces.
Blend the pear, sweet potato, 2T salted shrimp, and 100ml water in a blender until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the blended mixture, 1.5 cups red pepper powder, 100ml anchovy fish sauce, 2T minced garlic, 0.5T minced ginger, and 2T plum extract, and mix well to make the kimchi seasoning.
Spread the seasoning evenly over the green onions and pack them into a kimchi container. Leave at room temperature for 1-2 days before refrigerating.
