Remove the squid's beak and tentacles, scrub with 3T flour and 1T sea salt, then rinse thoroughly.
Cut the cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the squid dry with paper towels, then marinate with 1T anchovy fish sauce and 1T plum extract for 10 minutes.
Slice the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Combine 1T cooking oil, 6T chili powder, 2T gochujang, 2T dark soy sauce, 3T corn syrup, 1T sugar, 2T minced garlic, 1T ginger powder, and 2T mirim in a pan and bring to a boil once to make the sauce.
Heat a pan with 1T cooking oil and 2T chili oil, then stir-fry the vegetables first.
Once the vegetables are half cooked, add the squid and sauce and stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, then finish with 1T sesame oil.
