Add 1L of water and 2 tbsp of vinegar to a steamer, bring to a boil, place the dried squid on top, close the lid, and steam for 3 minutes
After 3 minutes, remove and transfer to a wide bowl to cool slightly
Add cooking oil, gochujang, red pepper flakes, mirin, plum extract, dark soy sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, and water to a pan and bring to a boil
When the sauce boils, reduce to low heat, add the cooled dried squid, and toss to coat evenly
Turn off the heat, add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and mix using residual heat to finish
