Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Slice half the green onion finely and half into large pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
In a pan, combine 1T rice flour, 1T vegetable oil, 200ml water, large-cut green onion, 2T red pepper flakes, and onion. Bring to a boil.
Add kimchi and stir-fry until it becomes stir-fried kimchi.
Lightly rinse the frozen dumplings in water.
Add 500ml bone broth, 10 kimchi dumplings, 1T minced garlic, and 1T tuna fish sauce to the stir-fried kimchi. Bring to a boil.
Once the dumplings are cooked through, add the finely sliced green onion and bring to a quick boil.
