Wash the bell pepper, carrot, and onion and cut into bite-size pieces.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add carrot first and stir-fry until half-translucent.
When carrot is half-cooked, add onion and a pinch of salt.
When onion is half-cooked, add sausage and bell pepper, pour in 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry on low heat.
When heat has reached the center of the sausage, add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 6 tablespoons of ketchup and stir-fry lightly.
Turn off the heat, drizzle 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide syrup and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and stir gently to finish.
