Soak the glass noodles in water in advance to soften
Slice the sausage, green onion, kimchi, tofu, and cheongyang chili pepper
Heat 2T cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork, then add 1T minced garlic, 0.5T salt, and 1T sugar and continue stir-frying
Once the pork is cooked, add the kimchi and 1T gochujang and stir-fry thoroughly
Add 1.5L water, 2T red pepper flakes, 1T anchovy fish sauce, 0.5T black pepper, 0.5T beef seasoning, and the ham, then boil for 5 minutes from the boiling point
Add the glass noodles, tofu, and cheongyang chili pepper, boil for 5 more minutes, then add the green onion to finish
