Dice the onion and potato, slice the zucchini into half-moons, tear the oyster mushrooms, slice the green onion, and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces
Heat grapeseed oil 1T in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add gochujang 90g and minced garlic 1T, stir-fry for another 1 minute
Add water 800ml, bring to a boil, then add only the potato and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes
Add onion, zucchini, and oyster mushrooms, cook for 5 more minutes, then add Yondu 1T and green onion
