Prepare the tofu, onion, and green onion.
Remove the guts from the anchovies and dry-roast them in a pan for 1 minute.
In a bowl, make the sauce by combining green onion, roasted anchovies, chili powder 4T, dark soy sauce 4T, corn syrup 2T, plum extract 1T, mirin 1T, sugar 0.5T, black pepper 0.5T, and minced garlic 1T.
Heat 1T cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion, then place the tofu and pan-fry it.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu.
Add enough water to partially submerge the tofu, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds.
