Soak dried miyeok in water for 10 minutes
Rinse the soaked miyeok once and cut into bite-sized pieces
Heat perilla oil in a pot, add miyeok and sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes
Add 1.5L rice water, minced garlic, soup soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and beef dashida, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes
Taste the soup and add salt if more seasoning is needed
