Pat the pork dry with a paper towel to remove excess blood.
In a bowl, combine 4T gochujang, 2T dark soy sauce, 1T sugar, 1T sesame oil, black pepper, 1T chili flakes, and 2T mirin to make the marinade.
Add the pork to the marinade, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Prepare the onion and green onion.
Heat 3T cooking oil in a pan, add the marinated pork bulgogi, and stir-fry.
Once most of the moisture has evaporated from the meat, add the onion and green onion and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 more minutes.
