Heat 1T cooking oil in a pan, add 300g beef brisket and stir-fry, then pour in 1.5L water and simmer over low heat.
While simmering, cut round zucchini in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Massage 1T soup soy sauce into the sliced zucchini to marinate.
Add the marinated zucchini to the beef broth and boil for 5 minutes, then add bean sprouts, onion, 1T minced garlic, 2T red pepper powder, and 1.5T salted shrimp and boil vigorously.
When done, turn off heat and drizzle 1T perilla oil.
