Slice Korean zucchini into half-moon shapes
Cut king oyster mushroom into manageable pieces and tear oyster mushroom into thin strips by hand
Mince 2 garlic cloves, thinly slice the green onion, and cut half an onion
Add cooking oil 6 tbsp to a pan
Add zucchini and onion to the hot oil and stir-fry
When slightly cooked, add soy sauce 2 tbsp and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add sugar 1 tbsp, minced garlic, mushrooms, red pepper powder 1 tbsp, and salted shrimp 1 tbsp, then stir-fry rapidly on high heat
Finish by adding green onion, drizzling sesame oil 0.5 tbsp, and sprinkling whole sesame seeds
