Trim the base of the bomdong and wash thoroughly

Dissolve salt 2T in 2 liters of water in a bowl, submerge bomdong and brine for 15 minutes
Drain the brined bomdong in a colander. Do not rinse
In a bowl, toss with gochugaru 3T, tuna sauce 2T, plum extract 3T, vinegar 2T, sugar 0.5T, and minced garlic 1T
