Soak the ribs in cold water for 1 hour to remove blood, then soak in Chilsung Cider for another 30 minutes.
Peel the apple, Asian pear, onion, and pineapple, then juice them.
Add soy sauce 1.5 cups, water 1 cup, brown sugar 6T, mirin 1 cup, minced garlic 3T, sesame oil 4T, black pepper 2T, and chopped green onion to the fruit juice and mix well.
Rinse the ribs and marinate them with the sauce, layering as you go, for half a day.
Heat 1T cooking oil in a pan, lightly pat the ribs dry, place them in the pan, and grill while adding the marinade little by little.
