Halve the round squash and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Slice flat or into half-moon shapes.
Place squash in a bowl, add 1T sea salt, and massage for 10 minutes.
Pour off the released liquid and do not rinse the squash.
Heat oil in a pan, add only the drained squash and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add onion and minced garlic, stir-fry together, then add salted shrimp to season.
Turn off heat and drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds.
