When the water comes to a boil, add 300g beef brisket and blanch for 1 minute, then remove.
In a pot, add 2L water, the blanched beef, and sliced radish. Once it starts boiling, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Add 1T tuna sauce and 1T soup soy sauce, taste, and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
