Toast dried barley shrimp in a dry pan, then grind in a blender
Add 2L of water and 2 sheets of dried kelp to a pot and boil for 10 minutes
Clean and wash the mallow
Sprinkle coarse salt over the mallow and knead vigorously to extract the green liquid
Slice the radish and other vegetables
Remove the kelp, then dissolve 3T doenjang and 1T gochujang through a strainer into the broth
When boiling, add radish and mallow, then add 1T soup soy sauce, 1T minced garlic, 1T red pepper flakes, and 1T barley shrimp powder
When the radish is nearly cooked, add green onion and chili peppers and bring to a boil once more
