Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes.
Bring 1 cup of water with 1T salt to a boil, add bean sprouts and boil for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
Prepare the cheongyang chili pepper, green onion, and garlic, then mix with the bean sprouts along with sesame oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out all moisture.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the glass noodles, season with soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry, then finish with sesame oil.
Mix the seasoned bean sprouts and stir-fried glass noodles together and the dish is complete.
