Finely chop 2 cups of sour kimchi with scissors or a knife.

Boil water and cook thin noodles for 4 minutes, adding cold water 2-3 times to keep the noodles firm.
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the kimchi seasoning to the noodles gradually, adjusting to taste, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds and serve.
