Scrub and rinse the black soybeans 2-3 times until clean
Soak in 1L of water with 1 tablespoon of salt for 5-8 hours
Transfer the soaked beans to a pot, pour in the soaking water to cover the beans, add 1 piece of dried kelp and 1/2T olive oil, and cook until nearly all moisture evaporates, about 10 minutes
When 50ml of liquid remains, remove the kelp; add 4T dark soy sauce, 2T corn syrup, and 2T mirin, and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Turn off the heat and finish with 2T oligosaccharide syrup, 1/2T olive oil, and sesame seeds
