Prepare the tofu, onion, cheongyang chili, green onion, and enoki mushrooms
Make the sauce with 4T of red pepper flakes, 4T of dark soy sauce, 2T of corn syrup, 2T of mirin, 1T of minced garlic, and 0.5T of black pepper
Heat 2T of cooking oil in a pan, place the tofu and add 1 pinch of fine salt, and pan-fry until golden on both sides
Add the enoki mushrooms, onion, green onion, cheongyang chili, 400ml of water, and the sauce
Simmer on medium heat for 6-7 minutes
Add sesame oil or sesame seeds to taste
