Rinse the frozen dumplings once and soak them in water.
Cut the radish into thin strips, slice the green onion into rounds, and dry-toast the cleaned anchovies in a pan until crispy.
Add the anchovies to 1.3L of water and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the anchovies, add the radish strips, and boil for another 5 minutes.
Add the dumplings, 1T soup soy sauce, and 1T tuna fish sauce, then simmer on medium-low heat for 7 minutes.
While the dumplings are cooking, beat 1 egg in a bowl.
When the dumplings float to the top, add the beaten egg, 0.5T salt, 1T sesame oil, and green onion to finish.
