Pat the pork dry with a paper towel to remove blood.
Tenderize the meat using the back of a knife or a meat mallet.
In a bowl, mix 2T doenjang, 1T dark soy sauce, 2T mirin, 1T corn syrup, 1T minced garlic, 0.5T minced ginger, and 2T water to make the marinade.
Add the pork to the marinade and toss to coat evenly, then let it sit for 3 minutes.
Heat 2T cooking oil in a pan over low heat, add the pork, and grill slowly, flipping frequently.
Once the pork is fully cooked, finely chop the shredded green onion, place it on top, and serve.
