Dissolve flour 3T in water, add the bracken fern, scrub thoroughly, and rinse.
Blanch the bracken fern in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Rinse in cold water to cool, then remove and discard the hard ends of the bracken fern stalks.
In a bowl, add the bracken fern, dark soy sauce 2T, soup soy sauce 1T, tuna fish sauce 1T, and perilla oil 2T, toss to coat, and let it marinate at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned bracken fern in a pan and stir-fry over high heat until most of the moisture has evaporated.
Add water 200ml and soybean powder 2T, toss to combine, cover with a lid, and simmer for 6 minutes.
