Add 2 stock packs to 1.5L of water, close the lid, and boil for 7 minutes.
While boiling, shake the kalguksu noodles to remove excess starch.
Mix 2T gochujang, 1T doenjang, 1T minced garlic, and 0.5T tuna fish sauce to make the seasoning paste.
Slice the potato and onion; julienne the zucchini.
Remove the stock packs and dissolve the seasoning paste into the broth.
Add the potato and onion and boil for 3 minutes, then add the zucchini and boil 1 more minute.
Add the kalguksu noodles and boil for 4–5 minutes, then top with seaweed flakes and perilla powder.
