Prepare the pork belly and kimchi.
Cook the pork belly in a pan until done.
Add the kimchi and stir-fry until it turns translucent.
Add only 200ml of water first and bring to a boil for 4 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the green onion, onion, chili pepper, and tofu.
Add 800ml more water along with 1T ground garlic, 1T gochugaru, 0.5T sugar, 0.5T mirin, 1T anchovy fish sauce, 1T soup soy sauce, 0.5T salt, onion, tofu, and chili pepper.
Boil thoroughly, then add the green onion and it's done.
