Add enough water to cover the washed red beans and boil vigorously for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse once in cold water.
Put the red beans and 1L of water in a pressure cooker; once the pressure valve starts rocking, reduce to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Blend the cooked red beans, 500ml of water, and half a bowl of cold cooked rice in a blender, then pour into a pot.
Combine glutinous rice flour and rice flour, knead with hot water added gradually, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes, then form into small balls and blanch them.
When the blended red bean porridge boils, season with salt, add the blanched saealshim balls, and sweeten to taste with sugar.
