Briefly boil the tofu in boiling water.
Cut the onion, green onion, king oyster mushroom, and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Place 2 tablespoons soup soy sauce, onion, king oyster mushroom, and tofu in a pot, then add water so the tofu is not fully submerged.
Add 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon salted shrimp, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup and bring to a rolling boil.
Once boiled until the onion is cooked, add 1/2 tablespoon sea salt and green onion to finish.
