Add 1.5L of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Thinly julienne the zucchini, carrot, cheongyang chili pepper, and fish cake.
Once the water boils, add the prepared vegetables and fish cake, 2T tuna sauce, and 1T minced garlic. Once boiling again, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cook the thin noodles for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water and set aside.
Once the broth is ready, season with fine salt, place the noodles in a bowl, and pour the broth over to finish.
