Soak the dried fernbrake in cold water for at least 5 hours, then gently rinse.
Boil the fernbrake in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Transfer the boiled fernbrake to cold water to cool it down, then prepare it.
Add 3T soup soy sauce and 2T perilla oil to the fernbrake, mix well, and let it marinate at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Make anchovy powder (clean dried anchovies and blend in a mixer).
Stir-fry the seasoned fernbrake in a pan over low heat. When the moisture is gone, add 200ml water and 1.5T anchovy powder, cover, and simmer until slightly moistened.
