Peel off the tough outer fibers of the dried radish greens by hand.
Add red pepper powder 1T, doenjang 3T, gochujang 0.5T, minced garlic 1T, and perilla oil 1T to the prepared greens and mix well.
In a pot, add 2.5L of water, a handful of dried anchovies, and 1 sheet of kelp. Boil for 15 minutes to make broth (remove the kelp halfway through).
Add the seasoned dried radish greens to the pot with the broth and stir-fry on low heat for 1 minute.
Pour the anchovy broth and a piece of radish over the stir-fried greens and bring to a boil. Add the cheongyang chili peppers to finish. (Adjust seasoning with salt, soup soy sauce, or anchovy fish sauce.)
