In a bowl, combine 5T dark soy sauce, 1T oyster sauce, 1T sugar, 2T starch syrup, 3T mirin, 1T minced garlic, 0.5T black pepper, 1T vinegar, and 1T sesame oil to make the marinade
Add the pork to the marinade, knead well, and marinate for 15 minutes
Prepare the onion and green onion
Add the marinated pork and onion to a pan and stir-fry on medium heat for 5 minutes, then add 100ml water
Add the green onion and stir-fry lightly for 2 more minutes
