Julienne all the vegetables into thin strips.
Slice the whelk into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the thin noodles, rinse in cold water, then work in ice water until firm.
In a large bowl, add all vegetables except the chili peppers, then add the whelk and 150g of all-purpose seasoning sauce.
Mix well, then add sesame oil, sesame seeds, cheongyang chili, and red chili pepper. Plate together with the noodles and serve.
