Thinly slice the radish and place in a bowl with 0.5T salt, 2T sugar, and 4T vinegar; pickle for 20 minutes.
Prepare and clean the mixed vegetables.
In a bowl, mix 2T gochujang, 2T red pepper flakes, 2T vinegar, 2T plum extract, 1T sugar, 1T dark soy sauce, 0.5T minced garlic, and 2T sesame oil to make the sauce.
Add 250ml fresh water to the pickled radish to complete the quick pickled radish.
Bring 1L of water to a boil, add somyeon noodles, and cook for 4 minutes (add a little water each time it boils over), then rinse quickly in cold water.
In a bowl, crush the frozen dongchimi broth and add it, then top with the cooked noodles, vegetables, pickled radish, boiled egg, sauce, and sesame seeds to finish.
