Submerge the broccoli in water and shake it 2-3 times to wash thoroughly.
Turn the broccoli upside down in the water so the florets face the bottom, and soak for 20 minutes.
Prepare and trim the vegetables and sausages.
Cut off the bottom 1cm of the broccoli stem, peel off the outer layer, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Soak in salted water for 5 minutes, then rinse.
Steam for 3 minutes in a steamer, then rinse immediately in cold water.
Heat olive oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion and garlic, then add the sausage and broccoli and stir-fry together.
When the sausages begin to split open, add the sauce.
Once everything is nicely browned, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
