Trim and julienne the radish.
Add 1T sugar and 0.5T fine salt to the julienned radish and pickle for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup red pepper powder, 2T salted shrimp, 2T anchovy fish sauce, 2T minced garlic, 4T plum extract, and 1T Yondu to make the kimchi seasoning sauce, and let the red pepper powder soak.
Cut the green onion into large pieces.
Once the radish is pickled, squeeze out the brine as thoroughly as possible.
Add 2T red pepper powder to the radish first and toss to coat with color.
Add the green onion and kimchi seasoning sauce and mix well.
