Slice pork belly 600g and pork shoulder 600g into bite-sized pieces
Add mirin 8 tbsp and black pepper to taste, and massage the meat thoroughly
Cut 1.5 onions, 1/8 head of cabbage, and 1 green onion stalk into bite-sized pieces
Add all the sliced vegetables to the pre-seasoned meat
Add gochugaru 5 tbsp, gochujang 5 tbsp, brewed soy sauce 10 tbsp, sugar 8 tbsp, oyster sauce 2 tbsp, garlic paste 2 tbsp, ginger 1 tbsp, sesame oil 4 tbsp, and kelp powder 1 tbsp, and toss everything together
Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes for faster seasoning absorption
Heat vegetable oil 7 tbsp in a pan, then add the marinated gochujang pork and cook with a combination of stir-frying and pan-frying techniques
