Clean the frozen pollock - keep the liver and roe intact, but carefully remove the gills, fins, and inner membrane from the head.
Add the seafood dashi pack to a pot and bring the anchovy-based broth to a boil.
Combine three types of red pepper powder with gochujang, soup soy sauce, soju, minced garlic, doenjang, and anchovy fish sauce to make the seasoning paste.
Spread radish generously on the bottom of the pot and add the cleaned pollock along with the liver, roe, and head.
When the stew is about 80% cooked, add onion, cheongyang chili peppers, tofu, and green onion, and bring to a vigorous boil over high heat.
